Chef Jef Wright of Wine Wise (yes, you read that right!) is preparing a fresh and whole 14lb air-chilled turkey from Commonwealth Poultry in Gardiner, Maine that’s dry-brined, seasoned, trussed, and in a roasting pan and ready for you to put into your oven Thursday morning. He’s also making his delicious Sourdough Stuffing with sausage and smoked olives.
Sur Lie is making your Roasted Brussels Sprouts with bacon, caramelized onions, and Dijon.
Solo Italiano is making Truffled Mashed Potatoes with Parmigiano. (And here’s Chef Paolo Laboa’s mashed-potato pancake recipe that you can make with any leftovers for breakfast the next morning. Yes, please!)
Central Provisions is including their Cranberry Relish with Sorrento Lemon, Walnut, and Orange
Tipo is making the Turkey Gravy that’s traditional and delicious
Otherside Deli is making Braised Kale with Chilies, and Balsamic
