We will be pouring Pappy Van Winkle’s, Family Reserve, 15 years aged, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey this night. Get tickets while they last. Your Chef
Chef Nick Verdisco is 100% Italian (second generation). His family splits the lower boot between Naples and Sicily. Chef's love for Italian cooking comes from his memory of most good times in childhood involving great Italian food. Recreating those memories with authentic Italian food is where his love of food began. Chef Nick is proud of Italy and the food that it produces and how it is produced. The techniques that were used 100 years ago are still being done only because it’s the best way.

A Scottsdale Arizona native, Nick's culinary journey led him to The School House at Cannondale under Chef Tim LaBant, where his flair for creating modern American cuisine using fresh, local ingredients was established. He went on to work for acclaimed Chef Jean-Georges Vongrichen as an Executive Sous Chef at The Inn at Pound Ridge in Westchester, New York, cooking for the likes of Martha Stewart, Ryan Reynolds, and Blake Lively. After a visit years later to Acadia National Park, Nick and his wife fell in love with Maine and decided to relocate. His kitchen team followed. Chef and his team joined the Falmouth Country Club in January 2019.
